Has anyone with BC/BS of Florida Federal have their plastics covered

I am hearing so many different things about reconstructive surgery, specifically at this time lower body lift. Has anyone with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Florida Federal have their insurance pay for part of all of the lower body lift. I have lost 177 pounds. Any and all info on this would be appreciated. What was covered? The doctor, the hospital. Thanks so much!
