VBG to RnY. Can anybody help me out?

I need a revision of my VBG to RNY. I have a disruption in the staple line. I have been denied three times. I am working on yet another try. This time I thought I would ask folks like myself but who have had the revision or approved for it to write just a paragraph about it. So I could print it and and them in with my letter when I'm ready to hand it all in again. Maybe then they would see that this is not uncommom at all. It might help my case.Can anybody help me out?
