What do you do?

This is problary a dumb guestion. What do people do when they get home from the hosptial. I drive myself crazy just being in bed all day. Can i pick up the house a little bit ( not strenuous of course) does it hurt to sit up? Any info post surgery will be great. Thanks Jenn
