IS IT ALRIGHT TO DRINK WATER WITH LEMON IN IT?

I am having a real problem trying to get all my water in so I have started squeezing piece of lemon in the water and my question is does anyone know if this would be still considered part of my water intake. Also, could flavored water be also considered part of water intake? I thought as long as you had suger-free no-calorie drinks it would be okay, to keep you hydrated, but I would really appreciate input and information. Thanks.
