Breast Augmentation in New York City - Where is Surgeon

I read sometime ago a surgeon in NYC/5 boroughs who uses a method that does not require implants. My left is minor so I am interested in a surgeon who does not displace the nipples or use implants. I understand there is a method in which the surgeon make an incision under the armpits. Some time ago someone who used such a surgeon - where is he/she. Thanks.
