Help - beef is stuck in my pouch!!!!!

I made london broil for my son and it smelled so good that I took the very end (a small piece) and popped it into my mouth. Unfortunately it was a little tough and before I could even think about it ir stop myself, I swallowed it. Now it is stuck there like a lump. It won't come up and it won't allow anything else to come in. I tried the old "swallow meat tenderizer" trick, but it came up. I am in agony. I need help. What can I do????
