Question about abdominoplasty/panni & love handles

I have a friend that has lost over 200 lbs and is almost ready for her panni/abdominoplasty. She was asking me if I've seen any information on love handles or "back fat"/excess skin. I hadn't seen anything so I thought I would ask. In addition to the "tummy tuck", do they pull from the back, therefore removing the excess folds of skin? And what about the love handles? Any info would be helpful! Thank You.
