I had preop today and was told I had to have short RNY only. Surgery is in 6 days!

How do I get my insurance co. BCBS to approve a long limb RNY instead of a short RNY. My doctor says with my body build I need a Long RNY. My surgery is in 6 days for a short limb RNY.. How can I get it approved that fast for a long RNY? I just found this out today when I was having my preop! HELP
