Not losing

I only lost 6 lbs. this month. 8 pounds last month. I am 3 months post op. I think I may be the one who this doesn't work very well for. I cry about it all the time. I don't feel like I can eat any less. I'm handicapped, so I cannot exercise. I am housebound, so I just sit and "stew" about it all the time. I'm so unhappy.
