Has anybody ever heard of protein supplement in pill form .

Hey am looking for alternative routes for geting my protien in. Beside the liqiud protien you add to water. I have that am looking for possibly a pill form of protien. my doctor said I could take pills as long as they were crushed or in little pieces. Possibly someone has seen a supplement in wafer form. Please help am not geting in enough protien I hate those shakes. Ive tryed them all. ive been on a plateu since christmas. It diving me crazy.
