Is slow weight loss to be expected after halfway point?
I haven't hit a plateau yet, but my weight loss has slowed. I am half way to goal and my body hasn't seen this weight forever. What does it take to have a rapid weight loss as before? Increase exercise, protein and water? Any thoughts are greatly appriciated!!
