I need clothes very badly, I found the clothing exchange, but don't know how to

ask for the clothes. Do I just e-mail the person listing the clothes? Do I need to give them any special information. I am having surgery next month, and I need clothes size 24-26 and 3x or 4x. I just don't have the money to go out and buy clothes when I probably will be dropping sizes pretty fast after surgery. Any information on this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Tammy Warner
