I've had a gastric by-pass and would like to know if any Dr. has done another by-pass

i had a by-pass surgery 7 yrs ago in may. i losst 200 lbs. i didn't have any problems with the surgery..no complications, areal easy time...but in the last 2-3 yrs i've gained my weight back, all but 50 lbs. i'm able to eat so much more and i know that my staples are still there. i just wandered if any dr.'s have done another surgery to just make the stomach part smaller?
