Are they a good idea to join after RNY?

My situation is that at 14 weeks post op I was down from 373 to 288.5. Now I'm going on 15 weeks and I see the scales have crept up by 1 and then 2 and now up 2.5lbs in 4 days! I don't know how or why. I just wish my scales would also creep off someplace where I can't find them! But what I'd like to know here is, has anyone out there joined, say, Weight Watchers after WLS, at any stage, and found not only that the programme suited their post op diet and lifestyle, but that they also felt better able, this time around, to keep to the programme? I'm contemplating such a move myself this week, apart from the weight gain, I have no face to face support group of any description, which would be nice. Also I have a keloid scar and I read here about several treatments available on the internet. They are Scargo, Juveness and Neosporn. If anyone knows of their web sites for purchase I'd be very grateful. This is, I suppose, 3 or 4 questions in 1, sorry about that. It's just when I thought of 1 problem they all came out! You know how it is! Sorry to be a bore! Many thanks for listening! Best Wishes to all-love-Helen(Ireland)
