3 months post op and weight lose seems to have stopped. What do I do?

I will be 3 months post op on the 5th of December. I have lost 60lbs. I am so happy about that lose but I seem to be at plateau. Does anyone have any advice on how to kick the weight lose back into action. Please let me know what all of you have done when this happened. Thanks
