questions about reconstrutive surgery please help !

I have already submitted with my insurance (UHC)for hernia repair, and abdimoplasty ( im still waiting for an answer) and my question is can you resubmitt other work to be done such as a thigh lift and a butt lift or is it too late?? Any input would be appreciated.
