I need some help with how much sugar is okay

I havent tried alot of foods because i am too afraid to dump again. Lots of people list that they drink milk, doesnt that have way to much sugar in it? How about vegetables and fruits? I am so afraid of sugar that I wont go over 5 grams and still afraid of that. Does anyone know of milk with low sugar content? I also need some info on fruits and vegies. And what about sugar alchohol in the diabetic candy? Last question, what about mixed drinks, I really wanted to go out and have a drink tonight but dont have a clue what to ask for so I dont consume to much sugar. Any response would be appreciated......
