Has any postop experienced severe gas/air bubbles in stomach during eating?

I am 1 mo. postop and have experienced severe episodes of gas (or maybe excess air) while eating. No relief with GasX, etc. I can tell the minute the first bite or drink of water goes down that I am in trouble. Any comments/suggestions?
