Meat seems to heavy

At 5 months post-op (RNY - distal)I am having a problem with any kind of meat... (pork, chicken, beef, fish, you name it) I can only get an ounce in (if that) and if I eat that ounce, that's ALL I can eat (not just of the meat, of anything!). It sits so heavy in my pouch, that often, I just try to substitute the meat out of my meal (with beans and such). Does anyone have any ideas for "weaning" myself back onto meets, to get some of the protien and so maybe I can stop this meat craving thing (I've never been a good vegetarian).... (and FYI, I boil, steam and Forman my meats and cut off all fats and skins)
