Has anyone plateauded after use of a feeding tube.

Due to complications after surgery I was on a feeding tube for three weeks. And during that time I lost 30lbs. I noticed since I came off the tube and onto fluids. Over the last 2.5 weeks I have only lost 5lbs. I realize my body is going through an adjustment. Or at least I hope so...please someone share a similar experience. By the way I am getting my proteins and water. And just recently started exercising!
