I am trying to figure out what my sharp bowel pain is.

For the last 2 days I have been experiencing a sharp bowel pain when I sit, go to stand, or have a bowel movement. The pain feels like gas but really a sharp pain that radiates into my lower ab. I don't know if it is caused from wls or something else. I am 6 months out. I have had some sugar within the last day (fudge) but had not dumping so far and I am wondering if this is the problem and another form of dumping. It is very painful and is getting hard to sit. I am not one to pass gas easily and could this be from the sugar. Has anyone else experienced this? I need help to decide to see my doctor or not. I have had previous UTI's and wonder if that could be it to. It is a weird pain and very confusing to me. Thanks for any suggestions!
