I am thinking about going back to all liqiuds for a couple of day
to jump start my loss again I have only lost 7 pounds in 4 months and am 20 pounds from goal. My ? is does all liquids mean just water & protein shakes or can you have soup and stuff like that. Any advise would be great!!!!! Thanks all
