Anyone had a revision done at BTC (Batrix) after gaining wgt?

I am a little over 3 years post op from open RNY - lost 160 pounds and got to my goal. Over the past year I have put back on 50 pounds, honestly its primarily due to poor food choices. I would like to have some sort of "adjustment" or "revision" made to help me get it off. Has anyone been in the same situation? I know insurance probably won't pay but am willing to pay out of pocket. Has anyone approached BTC for revision (my original DR is no longer there). Thanks, really looking for some help before I put on any more weight.
