Have I stretched my pouch?

I'm four months post-op and I think I'm eating too much! I've lost 82lbs so far and usually average about a 3pound loss per week, but I'm afraid I'm letting myself get into bad eating habits and I want to try and stop it before it's too late! My typical day consists of a mini-bagel with low fat cream cheese and coffee for breakfast, 4oz of cottage cheese for mid-morning snack, half of a bologna and cheese sandwich for lunch, 6 saltines or a handful of cheez-its for afternoon snack, and for dinner it's usually 4oz of either chicken, hamburg or turkey with 1/2 cup of veggies. It takes me about 20-25 minutes to eat my dinner and afterward I always feel like I've eaten too much too fast, I don't feel full, just like I've done something wrong! Can anyone else whose about 4 months post-op let me know if this is unusual? I'm afraid of a staple line disruption or stretching my pouch if I'm doing the wrong thing. I know what I'm eating is right, all low fat no sugar, but it's the amount that is concerning me. Thanks for your help!
