Is it a plateau? Or am I done losing?

I'm 10 months out. 5' tall, started at 238, now 144. I haven't lost anything in weeks and weeks. And that pesky scale is playing around with 2 pounds, up 2 down 2. My question is this. How do you know if you're just on a nasty plateau, or, am I done losing? Don't get me wrong, I'm thrilled with my progress, but wouldn't mind losing a little more because of my height.
