I need a run down on the differnt kinds of surgeries and their pros and cons

I still don't understand which surgery that I will be needing. Can you please describe the surgeries and their pros and cons? I have just written a letter for my P.A. to sign and I have to have a kind of surgery on there to send to the insurance company.
