What am I doing wrong?

I have been "stuck" for two weeks now. Yesterday I ate: 2 tbsp of omelet w/eggs, ham, tomatoes and cheese, 2 cups of decaf coffee w/fat free creamer, 40 oz. of water, 2-1/2 oz tomato soup, 2 tbsp tuna salad, 2 oz. baked scrod, 1/2 tsp of cabbage. Plus I walked one mile. What am I doing wrong? Why am I stuck already? Plus everything I drink lays down around my ankles. I rarely go to the bathroom during the day but last night between 6 and 8 PM I ran to the bathroom almost every 10 minutes. I wonder what is going on with me?
