Do you have to be Post Op to participate in the clothing exchange?

I am in a size 32 now and Im still fighting with my insurance company to approve my surgery. I have alot of clothing that is nice business clothing that is way too small for me now. I would love to exchange my smaller sizes with someone Post Op that needs the smaller sizes and has the larger sizes they cant use anymore.
