Can the surgery be done again after a stomach stapling has been reversed?

In 1982 I had a stomach stapling which worked great until I got PG in 1984. I gained it all back!! In 1989 I had to have gallbladder removed, so Dr. "tightened up" my stapling and tightened opening to large intestine. Due to scaring, opening to large intestine slowly closed off until I had to have surgery to correct it. Dr. totally reversed stapling. Can a WLS be preformed again and how likely is it that Ins. will pay for it (they paid for everything else!!) ? Thanks, Patty
