What is the ICD-9 code for weight control?

Anybody know of a ICD-9 codification for "weight control???" Stupid Winn Dixie insurance has "weight control as an exclusion to their insurance benifits and I cant get a straight answer out of them nor can I get any help from the execs that are at winn dixie in regards to getting the approvial. ARRGH I am soo frustrated Im gonna blow up!! Can anyone help me??
