I'm wondering if anyone else out there is in the same situation

as I am. I am 7 1/2 mos. out and down 95 lbs. Started at 280 and currently weigh in at 185. Now I know this is a lot of weight to lose in such a short time but I'm feeling that in the past 2 mos. or so..the weight loss has virtually slowed down to snail speed. I even go weeks without losing anything. I think in 2 mos. I lost 15 lbs. I work out every morning for 1 hour, eat lots of protein and drink my water. Has this happened to anyone else out there? Any suggestions as to how to kick start my weight loss. Oh yea...it seems I can eat a whole lot more now and even though Im staying away from carbs..I still seem to be able to eat a lot. Especially salad. Any help will be great. I'm starting to get worried that my window of opportunity has closed already. Peace..Kelly
