Not a question but wanted to share my experience

Hello, I had surgery two yrs ago last Dec. With in the first year I got down fairly easily to 165 from an all time high of 284. I did lose some before surgery though. 165 is where I stayed for almost another year. I struggled and lost another 10 lbs. I had to learn how to use my tool if I am going to lose more. So last Christmas, I recived as a gift a 3 yr membership to a gym with 5 personal trainer sessions. I incorporated exercise and cardio 3 x a week and it has now been 6 weeks and I am down 5 and half inches all over and down another pound and my body fat has decreased almost 2 whole percents(wow!). I am so excited. It is so much easier losing, exercising, and even working on a good nutritional plan ( I do low carb because that is what works on me) and sticking to it as never before. I love it. My only problem is that I am having trouble eating enough protien to really rev my body up. Is there a good low carb high protein bar out there? I am supposed to eat 80 grams of protein on a 1200 calorie diet. Thanks for letting me brag. It is something I really do not have a venue to do. I am loving my life and I have the surgery to thank as well as the support of this board.
