How would you approach to surgeons about WLS and a partial hysterectomy?

I have two doctor appointments next week. One with a Gynecologist and the other with a Bariatric Surgeon. I wanted to approach them about having my uterus removed because 3 years ago I experienced a prolapsed uterus. It has caused a lot of back pain and it has increased with weight gain. I was wondering if anyone has had their uterus removed during WLS. The Bariatric Surgeon I will use only does open surgery so I thought it might kill to birds with one stone.
