Has anyone else been referrred to Elmendorf?

Has anyone else been referred to Elmendorf AFB in Alaska? I was referred to a Dr. in Seattle, but had not luck reaching them to schedule anything...so....Tricare told me that my wait for an appointment was 8 mos. I just want to know if anyone else is in this boat? Thank you.
