Does anyone know anyone the DS did NOT work for?

Hello, I'm 4 months out and have not lost a thing in over a month and a half. Started at 267 now 222. 45 pounds lost in the first 2.5 months but nothing since. Is this the best I can expect? I've tried just about everything to get my weightloss going again but nothing seems to work. My common channel is 75cm. If I knew I would have only lost 45 pounds with the DS I wouldn't have gone through with the surgery. Maybe I should have opted for the RNY? Dunno. Guess I just needed to vent. Anyone out there experiencing the same thing? Is this just temporary? Thanks Veronica
