How long after gastric bypass/gastric banding did you have plastic surgery done.

I'm noticing this terrible rash that keeps coming over and over again. I also have a hernia and diastasis Rectii. I really need it but I'm also out only three months after surgery. How long should I endure these infections and pains (my panni, now that it hangs, really pulls bad on my lower back) before considering doing something (well I actually decided to have plastic surgery done) so I guess the question is WHEN?!
