Has anyone's surgery been canceled two time I am now waiting for my 3rd date!

I live in Fl and it is hurricane season here and we just had a catagory #1 hit where my surgery was to be in Ft lauderdale! The fist cancel my doc had to go out of town, now im waiting for my third date, has this ever happened to anyone else ? not the hurricane,being canceled twice. yes it's out of my hands but how frustrating is this to keep preparing mentally. I am mentally exhausted! I dont mean to wine!
