WORDING IN eXCLUSIONS IS NOT SPECIFIC, aM I COVERED?

uNDER EXCLUSIONS in my policy, it reads, (exclusions) weight loss, diets, or treatment of obesity, including surery for reconstruction or repair of a gastric bypass as a result of such condition; Do you think that includes Morbid obesity? What about Comorbidities such as leg pain, depression, back pain, listed for reason of surgery. Please help!
