I am 15 months post op and in the past 3-4 days I have experienced

at odd times cold sweats with dizziness. The first time I noticed it I thought it was because I had not eaten. Today it happened again about 10 minutes after I ate 5 pistachio nuts earlier in the day I had eaten alot more than 5 with no ill side effects. About 1 hour before that I had a cup of coffee. I have dumped before and it resembles that but I had dumped before after I ate a large cookie. This time I had not eaten anything with sugar. Does anyone have any ideas what this might be?
