Have a little bit of pain in stomach could I have ruptured or hernia?

I lifted a file cabinet and held it up on one side for maybe two seconds. Just long enough to get the ruler slid up underneath the cabinet. We have to use a ruler to make the file cabinet level. I have a little bit of pain in my left side, down under my rib cage area. Kinda close to where the drain tube scar is. Do you think I have ruptured something. I'm 2 months post-op, and am doing great. I had no pain until I lifted the file cabinet. I hope I haven't messed myself up.
