Question:
Anyone else have numbness in mid torso?

I have been having this weird thing happen over the last month to month and a half. I have noticed that sometimes when I sit far any length of time, the extra skin on my stomach above my waist goes to sleep. When I stand up it's numb and then I get those pins and needles. I haven't noticed that it happened only when I wore tight clothes or any cetain position that I sit in as long as I'm sitting upright and not reclined any. I was wondering if anyone else has had this happen to them or if it's only me. I do know that parts of your body 'go to sleep' when there is not adequate blood flow to the area, which worries me a little. Just wondering if I'm alone on this. I am 7 months postop down 92lbs. I don't really have an answer as to why. I do have numbness from a prevous surgery, but I always have it, not a falling alseep type thing. However I wanted to suggest that you call your doc to it can be documented in your file, it may help later for approval of TT.
