Question:
I need some help with REAL MEALS

OK, I ordered some Real Meals after several recommendations. I hate it. I think it is the way I am mixing it. When I tried it just mixed with a spoon, it would not mix...(1/2 pack to 6 oz. liquid). So, I got out my hand mixer and got it to mix, but that put too much air in it and it made me uncomfortable. Several people have mentioned that they mix it to "the consistency of chocolate milk" and I can't seem to get it to do that. Any ideas?? Thanks, Renee D    — Renee D. (posted on November 4, 2002)

Use a shaker bottle with about 6 ounces of water, it will come out thin like chocolate milk.

I've tried Real Meals & I love it! You definitely have to use a shaker bottle - it comes out thin & smooth!

I just received my supply of Real Meals two days ago and I'm thoroughly impressed. Like the previous posters mentioned, a shaker bottle provides the best results and will give you a silky, smooth consistency. I also likened it to chocolate milk. At first I tried just mixing it with a spoon~~~NOT!!! So, use a shaker bottle or even a blender~ I think it's great!!
