Question:
Looking for others who weighed 360+ 5'6

Hey Julie, I started out at about 370#'s and I'm 5ft4. I had open rny
surgery 10/18/01. No complications and I currently weigh 221#'s. My goal
weight is 175-185, hoping to get there soon!! :)

I started at 5'4" and 427 pounds. I had an open RNY on 7/17/2002 and
currently weigh 288 pounds (139 pounds lost). My goal is to get at least
down to 213 pounds (50% loss of my original weight)...JR

Hi Julie! I started at 360, 5'5" or 6". I had Open RNY on July
24, 2002. I have lost 115 pounds, now weigh in at 244.

started at 5'5", 385 lbs, now down 105lbs at 6 mos. It can be done.

5'6 324, 18 mos post op now 158. I know that's not 360 but I thought it
might help. Took me all 18 months to get to 158 too. Still losing a pound

Hi!
I started at 5'5 and weighed 380lbs. I currently weigh 172lbs and had a
baby in the process! Whew!!! Wish you all the best!!! Still hoping to
lose 15 more pounds.

Hello Julie, I am almost 3 months post op and today I am down 50 pounds.
Wow! I feel great! I started at 240 pounds and am 5'2". I just wanted

5'6 3/4 - Starting weight 342 (OMG-I can't believe I actually said it)-
Surgery on May 22nd (around 7 1/2 months) - Down 120 lbs and counting.

5'5" started out at 361 and now at 6 months out I've lost 101 pounds
and 74.5 inches. My doctor's goal for me is 79 pounds away...I'll decide
then where my own goal will be.

I started out a 5'5", 340#. I now weigh 170 and have 'unshrunk' to

Was 360lbs and 5'7". One year later I weigh 193lbs. and still going
down 7+ pounds a month.
