Is anyone familiar with GNC Mega Woman Vitamins? I have been taking them for a while

Have your bloodwork checked. Never go by the "we don't" or "we shoulds". YOU may have a different situation.

I recently bought some things at GNC, since they have lowered their prices and I have a Gold Card! I researched all their multivitamins online first though. Solotron is their oldest multi formula and is comparable to Centrum but better (higher concentration of B vits). Solotron is available with or without iron and is the only GNC multi that is NOT time released. - Anna LAP RNY 7/3/02 -117lbs.

My surgeon wants us to take the regular Ultra Megas, It is the only kind he recomends. I don't think they are a time released formula.
