Question:
I have been on a plateau for the past 4 to 6 six and I have tried everything.

Increasing my water intake, my protein intake and excercise, but nothing seems to be working. I think I have to be more patient. Has anyone ever tried the Designer Whey Protein Blast Drink? I have been on mine for the past 4 weeks and I also keep gaining and losing the same darn 5lbs. I think im just about done with my weight loss and I can except that, but I only have 12# to go until I hit my goal weight and I'm so determined to make it. I have tried everything except starving and I wont do that to myself, I don't eat much as it is lol. I am almost 9mo out and I wonder if this is a normal time to stop losing weight? Anyways, good luck to you :o)

To jump start my weight loss I go on a liquid diet for 3 to 4 days then eat light for about 2 days
