Question:
New Dannon Light-n-Fit CArb Control yogurt

Hey everyone! I saw this in the weekly flyers today. It is from Dannon's Light-n-Fit yogurt line. They have 4 flavors: peaches-n-cream, strawberries-n-cream, raspberries-n-cream, and vanilla cream. They are 4oz servings, 60 calories, 3 sugars, 3 net carbs, and 5 proteins. I might try them this weekend. They are on sale here in Western PA @ Giean Eagle 3/$6. I kind of doubt that the carb countdown would make a yogurt since it's not real milk and wouldn't culture the same type of bacteria. The light-n-fit is good though :>)

I LOVE yogurt but had to give it up due to the high sugar content in them. If these have only 3 grams of sugar I will see if I can find them here in GA and give it a shot. BTW, does the Carb Countdown milk upset the pouch like regular milk does, i.e. lactose wise? Thanks ~Sidney~ Open RNY 10-23-02 down 130+

Thanks for the info I too love yougart but due to sugar content avoid eating it....This is great news I hope walmart carries this product.....God Bless.......Donna
