Has anyone had Medcost approve plastic surgery in NC or anywhere elese and if so how?

I live in SC, and I have Medcost insurance. I had my first consultation with the surgeon today. Medcost will approve my surgery with letter of medical necessity, diet history, and letter from surgeon. Hope this helps...
