Good-Morning why not make your own protein bars here is quick and easy recipe...
Chocolate Protein Bars
serves 6
2 T fat free sour cream 2 T fat free cream cheese 3/4 C water 1/4 C fat free evaporated milk 1 C All Bran Cereal 1/4 C low fat Oatmeal 5 packets Splenda or Sweet-n-Low Sweetener 3 T cocoa powder 3/4 C chocolate protein powder 2 eggs 2 tsp vanilla extract
Mix together the sour cream, cream cheese, water and milk. Heat till cream cheese is melted about 4 minutes. Mix the dry ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour on the hot liquid ingredients and stir to mix thoroughly. Add the 2 eggs and vanilla. Stir well. Spoon into a greased 11"x7" pan and bake for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool and cut into 12 equal pieces. (one bar was more than enough for me so cut Nutrition in 1/2 if eating only one)
One serving is 2 bars. Per serving: 150 calories, 3 g fat, 19 g protein, 15 g carbs, 70 mg cholesterol, 134 mg sodium. **Protein content may vary with which brand you use.. Also you can use vanilla protein powder, add a banana and some nuts and have more of a banana nut bar..
More FREE RECIPES
