i have an appointment in jackson ms at the medical mall for a

cardiopulmonary test can someone tell me what happens after the test is completed and what is next before i get asurgery date.    — M. B. (posted on January 8, 2004)

It all depends on what your doctor orders. I had to go for a breathing Test thru the hospital, the results were sent to a pulminogist, who in turn read them, called me into his office and told me the results, sent the results and his OK for me to have the surgery. I had to have an Ultrasound of Liver, Kidney, Gallbladder (which I had removed 4 yrs ago). Had to go for a Stress Test, Physical Therapist, Physcologist, Cardiac Specialist for my heart checkup, Nurtritionist. All of these doctors appointments were set up by the Bariatric Specialist who works with my surgeon. I haven't had my surgery yet, but I have a date set for the 5th of February.
