I am having the same problem...the advice I got from a close friend who is 4 years out and had the same issue was to try to go back to the basics...eat less and let your pouch shrink back up...make sure you keep your protein up and exercise a little more than normal to get going....good luck and keep me posted...

I am having the same problem. I haven't lost any in two months. I guess I am going to have to go back to liquids for a while. I eat more than I did at first, but still cannot eat as much as I did befor surgery. I guess my body is used to the calories that I now consume. Mamash

Are you exercising on a regular basis? Are you drinking all of your water and avoiding carbs?

You have to exercise and drink your water. Try the flavors or protein water additives. I am 7 years out.
